It is really very difficult to take drugs for pain if you will be sure to avoid all kinds of hematological advere reactions. I have looked at 17 drugs for mild to moderate pain but they
all could affect the blood in a negative way. Here are the adverse effects of Tylenol according to one site: anemia, hemolysis, leukopenia, neutropenia and thrombocytopenia.

If you have used Tylenol without negative effects you probably could continue to use it.
