Your husband is fortunate to have a wife who is so interested in and concerned about his condition.

Surface marker levels can indicate prognosis. CD34 tends to correlate closely with blast levels but not always. You will need a copy of your husband's biopsy results to see what levels he has.
I am interested to know more about surface markers myself and would appreciate knowing where to go to find out.

Dx MDS RAEB 10% blasts + hypogammaglobulinemia, Sep 2011. Jan 2012 BMB - blasts down to 2% w/out treatment so BMT cancelled. Re-diagnosis RCMD. Watch and wait from Feb 2012. IVIg 5-weekly. New diagnosis Oct 2019 AML 23% blasts in marrow, 10% blasts in peripheral blood.
