Good that Nellie is treated with antibiotics for her touch of pneumonia!
You know I am not sure that fever in MDS patients should be treated with Tylenol or similar drugs just to get the fever down - it is better to know exactely how much fever you have so you can go to the hospital and they can start looking for infections.
Then Tylenol is "considered safe by many, however, some incidences of platelet reduction were found in journal articles" if you look at the "Warning-list":
