Rentzi, if you google Nucleated Red Blood cells it all looks bad, but here is a good explanation of why it is good if you are recovering from Aplastic Anemia. My son's doctor got very excited when she saw Nucleated red blood cells and a metamylocyte in his blood 6 weeks after ATG.:
