Please be very careful when reducing that med. This is one you cannot stop cold turkey. I cannot believe they won't see you and check some stuff out. I would think you need to be closely monitored until things stabilize.
I am so sorry you cannot get the attention you need.
If your breathing gets more difficult, then please get it checked out.
