Hi Marlene, if it takes that long for medical intervention perhaps the extra fluid just feels a lot worse than it actually is.

I managed to sleep in bed with just a couple of pillows las night instead of spending half the night sitting in a recliner in the lounge. I still felt a bit uncomfortable at times but it was a lot better. This morning I still have a wheeze and a cough but I feel as if I can take a deeper breath and I'm getting more oxygen with each breath as well.

I'm reluctant to take another fluid tablet because the Florinef decreases potassium and so does the Lasix and I already started out with a low level to begin with. I'll wait and see how my breathing goes for the rest of the day and play it by ear.

It is one BEAUTIFUL Sunday here. Never seen better. I would love to be able to take my dog for a walk but her treadmill will have to do.
