I am a former US Marine and I worked on aviation ground radars. I was diagnosed with aplastic anemia and PNH about 3 years ago.
My Dr's have suggested that it may have been caused by radiation during my time in service but there's no way to prove it. It would be great to see if any other veterans have experienced similar disorders...which seem to present themselves many years later.
I've also been in touch with a fellow Marine who was just diagnosed with Mastocytosis...possibly systemic. I don't know much about it, but it sounds eerily similar to my condition. Anyone else know about this?
