Hi Paula,

I've heard that Cyclosporine alone can be effective in preventing a relapse if started early, when platelets start to slide. It may take 2-3 months for it to work, so keep that it mind. If you search for threads by "Hawaii Bill", you will see that he avoided relapse through a Cyclosporine-only regimen.
