Bone marrow cellularity depends on your age. A rough estimate is 100 minus your age. So, if you are younger than 50, you have less cells than normal. Many things can cause this though, including a recent virus.

Trilineage hematopoiesis means that all 3 cell lines (red blood, white blood, and platelets) are still making cells, which is a good thing.

The cells that you are making are of normal shape, which is good. You are a little low in some of your white blood cells. Your iron level is okay.

Nothing here looks alarming to me. Hopefully your doctor says the same
