I am sorry to read that increased blasts were seen in your marrow. Given your young age and slight hypocellularity (#3,6,7), I would discuss with your doctor whether there could be an immune component to your condition.
Did you have cytogenetics done?
Also, be sure to have testing done for heavy metal poisoning, if this hasn't been done already. Also look at any medications/supplements that you are taking. I am just hoping that this is something besides MDS!
