how many platelets has your husband? and how deep is his anemia? My boyfriend has also rars-t with jak 2 positive and take one hydrea a day... your husband can also try xagrid (anagrelide) ...this drugs works on the platelets count onlu and not on the red blood cell.... take care. béné
