Mary Lee,

I've been on Revlimid for four years for Del 5q, and still have minor side effects such as nausea, diahorrea and fatigue. My Hb and white cell counts were affected at dx, but now I only have a problem with neutrophils (0.8 - 1.3) I also have a low platelet count but this is a side effect of taking Revlimid. I started Revlimid when I needed blood transfusions and my blast count increased.

My specialist is currently concerned with my increased bouts of diahorrea and I see him today to see what we can do to fix it.

It does take a few cycles to work, but you'll be feeling much better as your counts increase.

Cheers
Rachael
