Hi Chirley,
Your low lymphocytes can be due to a virus infection as you suspect
. They have perhaps already looked for Cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr Virus, other herpesvirus, Adenovirus, JC and BK-virus
? All these are common and can give lymphopenia.
