Question about marrow results.

Question about bone marrow biopsy. Shows mildly hypocellular marrow 50% with maturing trilineagehematopoiesis. I was 36 at time of biopsy. Can anyone explain what it means.

Bone marrow differential count is as follows
Myeloblasts ≤ 1%
Promyelocytes ≤1%
Myelocytes 6%
Metarnyelocyts 10%
Neutrophils/bands 56%
Monocytes 4%
Eosinophils 1%
Basophiles ≤1%
Lymphocytes 11%
Plasma cells ≤1%
Promo blasts ≤1%
Normo blasts 12%

History of RCC ten years ago stage one.
Increased wbc 14k hematocrit 52% hemoglobin 17.3

Thank you in advance
