Mi!ey,

I don't have medical training, but I can give you my interpretation of your report.

The phrase "maturing trilineage hematopoiesis" is good news. It means that your three blood count lines (myeloblasts that mature into white cells, erythroblasts that mature into red cells, and karyoblasts that mature into platelets) are normal.

One rule of thumb for bone marrow cellularity (the percentage of non-fat cells in the marrow) is that it's about 100 minus your age. That's only an approximation, but you'd conclude that 50% is lower than average ("hypocellular") for age 36 but not by a huge amount.

Your differential looks normal. Your white count is high, which I think is the only concern with this report.

I'm sorry but I don't know what RCC is.
