This was an option when I spoke to the IVF specialists pre-transplant, but the chances of conceiving with this method are WAY lower than with either frozen embryos or frozen eggs.

In 2009, we were told that the live birth % for frozen embryos was about 20%, for frozen eggs I can't remember the exact percentage, but it was much lower than embryos, and ovarian tissue was even lower still. In general, if you're in a stable relationship, they recommend freezing embryos, as it represents your best chance in future.
