Probably the infection caused the drop in Nellies counts - I shouldn´t ask for a BMP if I was Nellie.
You know all my counts got so bad when I got a tonsillitis July 2007 and three more infections following the first infection that I decided to live like I have neutropenia (very low neutrophils - a kind of white blood cells). Infections are really very dangerous for us. Since then I havn’t had any infections (knock on wood).
