First, make sure you are not dehydrated. You may need to up your fluid intake. John did not get headaches.....his problem was nausea. He would have to stop the Exjade for about week and then resume it once his nausea went away. With Exjade, you can stop it to see if the headaches go away and then restart again. Many symptoms don't come back when you restart therapy. If they do, then you may want to try a reduced dose.
