Long Term Effects of Revlimid?

Hello

I have been on Revlimid (10mg right now, soon to be 15 or 20) as a maintenance medication for approx 3 months. I am 24 years old and was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in May 2010. Since then I have been through the RVD ( Revlimid (2 weeks on, 1 week off), Valcade, and Dex) as well as an autologous bone marrow transplant in Nov 2010. I was given a clean bill of health in March 2011 and put on Revlimid, for presumably, the rest of my life.

I was wondering if anyone has been on Revlimid for the long term (6 months+) and encountered anything. The worst I have seen so far is lack of sleep (if i take the pill at night) and some irritability, whether it be the medication, just everything that has happened, or frustration, i don't know.

Any kind of suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone would like to take about any of the treatments I have been through I am more than welcome to give advice and a first-hand experience of the whole thing.

Thanks
Frank
