Not sure what my bone marrow biopsy means..

Hi,
I just got the results of my bone marrow biopsy and was wondering if anyone could help me understand what it means since my Dr didn't bother to do so.
So, the first part says..1. Mildly hypocellular marrow (40%) with maturing trilineage hematopoiesis and decreased iron deposits.
2. There is a mixed population of maturing myeloid cells, B Cells and T Cells.
3. A small population of dimCD45(+) cells that are CD19(+) CD10(+), compatible with hematogones, is present (2.3%)
