Hi bebop...yes they are transfusing him...
His counts are:
wbc - 1.0 - up from 0.9
hgb - 7.3 up from 6.4
platelets - 20 - down from 21 y'day
He will no longer be receiving any chemo treatments and will be transfused as necessary.
I'm wondering how long the transfusions will sustain him and at what point will they no longer transfuse?
