Like Hopeful said, a bone marrow biopsy will help figure it out, also you do need more magnesium, it should be 1.9-2.1, not 1.3.

A friend of mine had chemo for breast cancer several years ago and her platelets have never gotten above 80k since. However, low platelets (particularly above 50k, not like the low levels you ordinarily see on this board below 10k) are easier to live with than low white blood cells.
