Cord blood cells
Hi all,
Here is a trial where they try to develope a technology that expands the number of stem/progenitor cells, so that there are enough cells to perform a cord blood transplant in adolescents and adults with leukemia. http://www.stemexstudy.com/ Kind regards Birgitta-A |

That's great news that they're applying the new research already - it was only in the news a few weeks ago! But rather annoying that they're limiting it to only leukemia and lymphoma patients and not to ALL conditions that need transplants...
