Erlotinib clinical trial

my husband is in the Erlotinib or (Taroeva) clinical trial at moffitt cancer center in Tampa, Florida has anyone heard of this and has it helped. it has been 2 months and he is still transfusion dependant weekly another bmb tomorrow. hope is blasts % is lower.
