Hope, Steps & A Cure is a fundraising and awareness walk held in one city at a time. It's a community event supported by volunteers and the staff of the
Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation (AA&MDSIF). Each walk brings attention to bone marrow failure diseases and the people affected by them, raises much-needed funds for programs and services of the AA&MDSIF, and brings patients and their families, supporters, and other community members together.
