I just want to see if anyone else has ever had blood work that looked like this?

Hmg 61g/L
Hemacrotit 0.18 L/L
White cell 5.3
red cell 1.51
MCV 119.3fL
MCH 40.4 pg
MCHC 339 g/L
RDW 14.5 Platelets 316

RBC: Increased polychromasia
Macrocytosis
Oval Macrocytes
Tear-drop forms

B12 406 pmol/L

creatine Phosphokinase 135 U/L

Everything else and all other tests have come back normal.

That is a possibility. A bone marrow biopsy will give the diagnosis. It is rare, so I don't know if pathologists have to make a special look for it or it just shows. All I know is it took three BMB's before they found mine.
