Question Unable To Find Dr With Answers :(

Happy St. Patty's Day! .......Question for my friends. While I am awaiting APPROVAL from my insurance to see Dr. Burt, for HSCT.
I have an appt with the head of the bone marrow failure center in 2 weeks. I will see my Onco on Monday. He agree's Dr. Burt is my next step! In the mean time, I want to become as educated as I can about all that is going on in my body.
I know my CIDP is Autoimmune related. BUT, none of my specialist can determine the cause. I have no paraproteins,myeloma.lymphoma...etc. It's not POEMS,it's just and IDIOT!! LOL
So....if you guys have any suggestions on what I should speak to my Onco about...please fire away. Im going to have him explains in detail my B & T cells and exactly what they are and are not doing. As well as my hypocellular marrow.
Myself and first cousin both have Primary Immune Deficency, 2 of my first cousins have have cancer (leukemia, cervical) and the rest of them have autoimmune disease of some form.
Ive been anemic and iron deficient my whole life along with thyroid hashimoto and other stuff! Im only 39 and I have alot of living to do with my family! So, please enlighten me with your knowledge!!! Thank you my friends

I am not a doctor and may have aplastic anemia. I did have iron deficiency anemia when young. It is important to eat dark red meat like steak and chicken liver combined with dark green vegetables. Vitamin c helps absorb the iron. Your doctor may suggest iron shots. He OS she may, also want to check for b12 deficiency. Good luck
