BMB is interpreted by a pathologist

That is where the CMML diagnosis generates. And the monocytes were elevated, platelets low. I do know that most CMML patients develop elevated white counts. But CMML is a combination of myelodysplastic and myeloproliferative syndromes. In my case the platelets proliferated, rather like polycythemia. My marrow cells show the dysplasia. No chromosome abnormalities though.

It is a weird type of MDS/MPS.
