Understaning mixed chimerism?????

Can anybody explain mixed chimerism report. I am curious to know is it true the percentage of all blood line, like Hb and Platelet is same as percentage shown in mixed chimerism report. In my son case mixed chimerism report says donor is 81% and recipient is 19%. Does it mean all blood lines are on same proportion.

Kindly educate me little bit.

Regards,
