Smile Wheatgrass as iron chelation agent

Has anyone had any experience with wheatgrass in treating iron overload?
Did you take the tablets, the gel, the powder or the juice?
Which is the best?

Dan,

It's worth reading the Wheatgrass and Iron Overload thread, and perhaps the older Wheatgrass side effects? and Wheatgrass is a good iron chelator threads too.

If you use the search page to search for posts with the word wheatgrass then you'll find other discussions about it too.
