Relapse?

I was diagnosed with VSAA and received ATG + cyclosporine in November 2012. By March of 2013 I had all but normal blood counts. Now (November 2014) I am still taking cyclosporine (125mg per day - I started on 300mg) but since January 2014 there has been a gradual downwards trend with my plts (260 in January 2014 and now 160). My rbc count is just below normal while HGB and WBC are both normal. These results (rbc, abc and hgb) have remained relatively steady since May of 2013.

What is now playing on my mind is the question of relapse and what other people have experienced.

I also wonder about whether I will ever be cyclosporine free.
