Suggestions for Doc Doing ATG in Chicago or Close By?

Hi all, has anyone had ATG done in the Chicago or Midwest area? Who did you use and how did it go? Were you satisfied with the process?

If not, any idea who you'd go to if you lived near Chicago?

All the Chicago area AA specialists listed on a Resources link from this site are actually oncologists. Only one even lists AA as something they treat.

I need to find one quickly!
