Switching from Cyclosporine to Prograf(tracolimus)

I am wondering whether anyone has switched from cyclosporine to prograf? I am also interested to know how they implemented the switch i.e. did you stop the cyclosporine for a period of time before starting the prograf or did you take both drugs simultaneously for a period of time?

My doctors are currently considering a switch because they are wondering whether the cyclosporine is just not doing its job.
