_____________________________________________________________ The Dr. had good news today. The chemo is working. No transfusions today and the bad cell count has gone from 80 percent to 50 percent and everyone has commented on how much better I look today. Also, I chopped my hair off before I checked in and now everyone says I look like charlise theron in the movie Fury Road, so I guess I really am a badass now! _____________________________________________________________

Prostate Cancer: Treated in early 2013 with HDR Brachytherapy. MDS-RCMD: Oct 2014. Biopsies: 46,XY,t(7;18)[2]: 46,XY,del(7)( q22)[3]: 45,XY,-7[6]: 45,XY,-7[10]: 45,XY,-7[13]. HSCT in April 2016.

Lower risk MDS diagnosed 2012. Recurring skin nodules treated with prednisone, otherwise watch and wait. HG dropped from 11.5 to 8.7. Kept going down to 5. Vidaza didn't work. BMT from MUD on September 10 2015

MDS RCMD w/grade 2-3 fibrosis. Allo-MUD Feb 26, 2014. Relapsed August 2014. Free and clear of MDS since November 2014 after treatment with Vidaza and Rituxan. Experiencing autoimmune attack on CNS thought to be GVHD, some gut, skin and ocular cGVHD. Neuropathy over 80% of body.
