Alternate treatment for BMT

Hi guys my name is Shyam from Mumbai. My wife was diagnosed with A.L.L leukaemia with Philadelphia positive. As per doctors advice we were following the BFM 95 protocol. We are in the end of consolidation phase . But during induction phase 2 she had brain stroke and she paralysed her left side.

Even then we continued her allopathy treatment . She has lost 35 kgs in 5 months and can barely stand. Now the doctors recommend Bone marrow transplant. With her current health Iam really scared to proceed with BMT. I would humbly request if someone can advice me of a alternate treatment for BMT.

Best Rgds
