Hi sarah,
I'm not an expert on AA but I've had experience with the menstrual cycle whilst sick. Do you know what your most recent platlets were? If you are bleeding normally I wouldnt stress. But if you know your platlets are low and the bleeding increases abnormally I would see a doctor. I ended up going on a pill to completely skip my period as my platlets were low and constant bleeding is not fun. Try not to worry if its going normally and let your dr know at next appointment. Lisa :-)
