Short Telomeres and MAA
I am looking for information about telomeres and MAA. I had my telomeres tested in January and the doctor reported to me that the telomere lengths were normal in one subset of white blood cells, low in two subsets, and very low in two subsets. One subset could not be tested due to insufficient cells of that type. He wants a follow-up discussion which I am planning to do in the coming weeks/months. I would be very interested to hear about others who have AA and short telomeres. Any advice on what questions to ask when I go up to Dana Farber?
Thank you

Search for the thread on this forum "Talking Telomeres by Greg H. He was very helpful and had a great interest (as do I) in the significance of telomeres.
