Cyclophosphamide for gvhd
Hi, reading the paper this morning in Melbourne and saw this article. Tried to upload picture of the article but didnt work. Its from the Alfred hospital in Melbourne. I am lucky enough not to have gvhd, but I know many of you do. They are doing a trial now.

Now 30yr old. Diagnosed AML dec 2015 (Most likely MDS prior). Trisomy 6. Runx1 mutation also. Had induction and consolidation chemo. Marrow failure ++ so SCT on 21st of March with MUD. Married with a 1yr old!

It appeases that it is used mostly for prevention rather than treatment of steroid refractory GVHD that I have had for nearly 3 years. I will show it to my doctor on Monday"s visit. Here are some articles on it.
