Preview | Print MDS - make sure your voice is heard

If you are an MDS patient, living in Canada, could you please help the Canadian Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) Priority Setting Partnership?

Survey found at www.ohri.ca/mdspriorities (English) and www.irho.ca/prioritesmd (French)
It only takes 5 minutes.

Make sure caregivers/family members fill out the survey separately as well as any patients.
