Your research is remarkable Margarete. I reviewed this abstract and didn't really see any additional factors beyond what I have already mentioned adding to the prognosis, which is nice. It is interesting that I may not neatly fit any of the classifications.

I am going to follow the suggestions of the forum here and try to get additional opinions from the folks who specialize more in MDS. I have already received my full records from my hem/onc and have been pointed toward NIH by several. I was also looking at the doctor at UCLA and MD Anderson as options.

MDS RCMD w/grade 2-3 fibrosis. Allo-MUD Feb 26, 2014. Relapsed August 2014. Free and clear of MDS since November 2014 after treatment with Vidaza and Rituxan. Experiencing autoimmune attack on CNS thought to be GVHD, some gut, skin and ocular cGVHD. Neuropathy over 80% of body.
