My sweet David

I haven't visited the forum in a while. My sweet David passed away on Dec. 7th after his MDS turned to AML. I continue to keep you all in my heart. I hope that someday there won't be a need for this forum. That a cure will come. In the meantime, keep fighting, loving and living. Sincerely, Rose

Our deepest condolences, Rose. You and David have been part of our online family. We know how patient you were when David was on Vidaza, and we hope his treatments gave you more time together.

You know better than anyone how many ups and downs patients and their families have to face. Over the past few years you kept your head up despite the fear of the unknown that we all face. You showed us your positive attitude while offering understanding and encouragement to other forum members. We wish that generosity had been rewarded with more success for you and David.

We know that your memories of David will stay with you forever. Thank you for having the courage to post and let us know what happened.

David

My condolences to you. This forum consists of a tight group that shares a similar concern, so it makes it seem like one of our own when someone passes.
