Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL

I am going to Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL to see Dr. Komrokji. Has any had an experience (good or bad) with Moffitt and/or Dr. Komrokji?

Thanks

Moffitt

Only used them for a second opinion way back when. All my research since that time tells me there is no place better in Florida for MDS / AML.

Same here

Thanks Bob. That was what I was using them for. They did another BMB. Will know the results in 3 to 4 weeks.

Thanks again.

Moffitt

Hi,
I have been seeing Dr Komrokji for over two years now for MDS and PNH. I have also stayed at the hospital there. The doctor is wonderful, very caring and knowledgable. The facility and staff is excellent. I would highly recommend Moffitt to anyone fighting Cancer. I wish you well in you future treatments. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Moffit Center in Tampa,n FL

Data

I was monitored for my slowly developing MDS by Johns Hopkins for 12 years prior to moving to FL for reasons totally unrelated to my MDS. They endorsed Moffit and stated that the team there was excellent regardless of which physician assigned.

I feel very comfortable with all of the staff at Moffit that I have met thus far. I truly believe that you need not be concerned.
