GVHD Meds

It doesn't look like many people post here anymore, but I was just wondering about anyone w/ ongoing gvhd issues and being treated w/ Jakafi. (My dr. initially prescribed Rezurock, but my insurance company denied coverage.) Has anyone experienced any significant side effects from Jakafi? I am of course fully vaccinated against Covid, but my dr. said that Rituxan can make some people more susceptible to infections. Myself, and many others w/ GVHD have been treated w/ Rituxan in the past. I have been off all transplant and post transplant meds for a few years, but my GVHD had been flaring up recently. Anyway, I hope that everyone is doing well and that the whole Covid thing goes away sometime soon.
