Revlimid for non del5q MDS patients
Hi All!
Here is a report from ASH about Revlimid for non del5q patients where 27% of the patients responed. http://www.checkorphan.org/grid/news...esented-at-ash Kind regards Birgitta-A Chromosome aberrations -12p and -X. Revlimid + Prednisone July 2013-Nov 2014 with good response one year. |

That was my situation. I responded very well to Vidaza then Revlimid was added for my last three (of eight) cycles. It worked for me. There is such an overlap of many of these diseases that it is beneficial to add therapies for problems that might otherwise be undetected.

age 70, dx RAEB-2 on 11-26-2013 w/11% blasts. 8 cycles Vidaza 3w/Revlimid. SCT 8/15/2014, relapsed@Day+210 (AML). Now(SCT-Day+1005). Prepping w/ 10 days Dacogen for DLI on 6/9/2017. |
