Question AA and not MDS..........................

My husband just had consultation today in Ocology Hospital in Oporto.

To my great surprise We were told maybe ist's not MDS but aplasic anemia.
I feel so strange.
Doctor thinks AA because in a previous bone biopsy it appeared hipoplasy.
What do you think?

In spite doctor told it's of better treatment I'm quite confused.

Jorge made other mielogram and bone biopsy and on June 12th we'll know. I hpe for sure.
Now I must learn all I can about AA.

Has anyone passed by these kind of "MDS, no AA"???

Thank you for your support and answers.
