Question Hello. Confused , seeking answers

Hello. I have recently been getting blood work done due to low platelets.. the first time about 5 years ago they were at 80k. I was told to get blood work then, did for 3 months and stopped due to know insurance. They recently dropped to 90k but have been fluctuating up. This may be the wrong place but I have No idea what they are looking for, except to make sure I stay within the safe ranges. I have also noticed my lmyphocytes are dropping was at 24 four months ago, now at 18. My MPV has been high but was recently at 0? Also my WBC count jump from 7.something to 10.1 (still normal range. They did a manual differential test and it said I had giant platelets present. I had a positive ANA 5 years ago too. I'm trying not to worry but am seeking answers as I am having symptoms I have noticed. Any input would be great!

Have you had a recent bone marrow biopsy?

No, no bone marrow. Still waiting and watxhing, I guess. I think the MPV count that was at 0 was a lab error. This time it was back up but a little higher thanb usual 14.0 range. My blood platelets were at 133. The highest they have been in a while. Should I be worried?
