Cells up then down after BMT

Hi all,

I am day 75mand I was diagnosed with GVHD of the gut and treated with IV prednisone at the hospital on day 56

After transplant cell counts after my stem cell transplant were quite high. For example day 30
WBC 7.3
Neuts 5.5
Hemo 121
Plates 121

They continued to increase with platelets reaching 375.

However now on day 75 my Cell counts have dropped and continue to slowly drop each day.

E.g

WBC 5.3
Neuts 4.9
Plates 48
Hemo 78

Has anyone else had counts that were initially high then slowly fall? I am getting concerned why my bone marrow is being suppressed?
