Good News and Hope for MDS to AML

Scott, my wonderful husband, just had another cancer free BM biopsy result 9 months post MUD SCT. He was 49 when diagnosed, had MDS which turned to AML. He returned to work as a patrol officer full time in September (4 months post) and is doing great. I'm not going to say it was not the most profound and scary thing either one of us has ever done, but I do want people to read positive things, as when he was diagnosed it was so hard to find success stories.

His complete story is at www.sleist.blogspot.com

God Bless you reading this..everyone's illness is different, hang tough and Godspeed.

Betty.
