Cool Cord blood transplant

Quick background....dx AA 09, got ATG horse...relapsed...got rabbit ATG...good for about two yrs off meds got pregnant 2013 delivered successful with minor complications & drop in numbers so it determined as a relapsed now time for a transplant.

Ok so HLA typing turns out that I have rare typing so that means i have to go with a cord blood 5/6 match instead of the perfered BMT 8/8 or 8/7 . But I'm even more nervous now because outcomes are better with BMT than cord for unrelated donor searches. I need a transplant soon been living off platlets & blood transfusions at least 1-2 times weekly. I'd love to hear good stories on cord blood transplants please to ease my nerves. Any info please statistics
..... thanks in advance
