March for Marrow Walk for PNH: October 2, 2016

Save the date!

The annual March for Marrow Walk for PNH 2016 will be held Sunday, October 2, 2016, from 10:00am to 2:00pm in Riverside Park in New York City.

The walk is being organized by the PNH Research and Support Foundation.

We'll announce further details and registration information when they become available.

The Eleventh Annual Walk for PNH, a fundraising and awareness event in support of people with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), will take place on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Riverside Park in New York City.

The event is organized by the PNH Research and Support Foundation and benefits the Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation (AA&MDSIF), the largest international organization supporting patients with PNH and other bone marrow failure diseases.

Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to join the walk and the fight against PNH.

Date:
Sunday October 2, 2016
Schedule:
10:00-11:00am: Registration and Check-in
11:00am - noon: Welcome Ceremony and Walk
Noon - 1:30pm: Lunch and Meet and Greet
Location:
Riverside Park (Google map)
79th Street and Riverside Drive, New York, NY
Walk Information:
You can walk, sponsor a walker, form a team, join a team, be an off-site walker (not attending), or send in a donation.

Breakfast with the Experts

You're invited to Breakfast with the Experts - a free breakfast and visit with a PNH expert and one of his patients, at the Hotel Belleclaire preceding the Walk for PNH.

Our expert:
  • Dr. David Araten, New York University
The breakfast will take place from 7:30am to 9:30am.

7:30am to 8:30am: mix and mingle
8:30am to 9:30am: presentations
9:30am: head over to the Walk for PNH
